Multipurpose Prevention Technologies (MPTs)

Multipurpose Prevention Technologies (MPTs) are a medical advancement designed to at once prevent HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases, as well as unplanned pregnancies.

In her article in The Conversation, Helen Rees discusses MPTs, their progress, current research, and the health and economic benefits that can be realized with the use of these exciting products.
