We are pleased to announce the launch of the 7th SA AIDS Conference that will be held at the Durban International Convention Centre from 9 – 12 June 2015.
The Conference theme is “Reflection, Refocus and Renewal” and will cover the following tracks:

Track 2: Epidemiology, Prevention and Public Health
Track 3: Social, Economic Sciences and Human Rights
Track 4: Best Practices, Programmes and Ethics
Track 5: Community Exchange Encounters
This Conference will celebrate just over a decade of making a difference in people’s lives since the first SA AIDS Conference in 2003. Become part of this milestone event and touch base again with friends and colleagues who served the cause! As is customary at the SA AIDS Conference, you can look forward to an activity packed programme with presentations from leaders and visionaries, get an update on the latest research and community activities, skills development programmes and more than 70 exhibitors.
The Conference is hosted by Dira Sengwe and organised by the Foundation for Professional Development.
This is an important Conference that will review successes in the battle against HIV and AIDS. But, it will also outline the challenges faced, especially in relation to service delivery and the effective integration of systems that ensure the pandemic is properly managed.
This Conference is the second largest HIV Conference in the world. It is one of the most prominent medical meetings in southern Africa. Delegates include scientists, medical practitioners and representatives from the public sector, NGO and faith-based sectors and the corporate sector.
