The Australian Research Centre in Complementary and Integrative Medicine (ARCCIM) is pleased to announce the call for applications for the world-first international complementary medicine research leadership scheme to be run over a number of years. The Program will provide essential mentoring/career development and research capacity building around complementary medicine (CM).
The ultimate goal of the Program is to identify, nurture and support future CM researchers to help develop and lead a sustainable CM research culture which is able to produce the evidence needed by patients, practitioners and policymakers.
The Program has been made possible via generous donations and support from a number of associations and organisations including our platinum sponsor the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT).
The ARCCIM Leadership program will run over a number of years and initially include a cohort of approximately 12 early to mid-career CM researchers. Those chosen for the Program through competitive application and will be known as the ‘Fellows’ of the Program. Read more…
To be eligible for the program, applicants must have been awarded their PhD within the last 10 years (at date of application deadline) and hold a position at a research institution/university or equivalent research-appropriate organisation. Read more
