The Wits School of Public Health (WSPH) is one of the largest Schools of Public Health in South Africa, with an international reputation for its teaching programmes, conducting high quality and relevant research, community outreach and policy engagement activities.
The WSPH wishes to recruit a lecturer or senior lecturer (3 year fixed term contract) with excellent skills and relevant experience in public health, health systems and management or health-related social sciences to teach on and enhance its flagship Master of Public Health (MPH) programme.
A health professional or health management background and evidence of successful grant-writing will be added advantage.
The remuneration package offered will depend on qualifications and experience and is subject to the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg regulations.
