Summer School in Biostatistics 2013

Inviting all researchers in clinical medicine, epidemiology, public health and biomedical or veterinary sciences!

This is the fourth Annual Summer School in Biostatistics and the short courses will be hosted jointly by the University of the Witwatersrand – School of Public Health (Wits SPH) and University of Pretoria – School of Health Systems and Public Health (SHSPH UP). The Summer School in Biostatistics is aimed at both new and experienced medical researchers.

For new or young researchers the first week will focus on Basic Biostatistics for Health Researchers and Analysis of Biomedical Data using STATA. For more advanced researchers or people with a basic training in biostatistics, there will be a course on Longitudinal and Multi-level Data Analysis during the second week. The details of courses
