AGM 2013 and nomination form

The next Annual General Meeting of the Public Health Association of South Africa will be held on Thursday, 26 September 2013 from 17h00 – 18h30 in the Auditorium of the Cape Town Convention Centre.

Please note that the Executive Committee wishes to table the following at the AGM:

  • Auditor’s report
  • Sub group proposal (available on the PHASA website)
  • Endorsement Policy
  • Organizational membership
  • Executive nomination (The Executive is particularly looking for a Financial person to replace the Treasurer who is retiring this year)

If you would like to nominate a PHASA member to the Executive Committee, please complete the nomination form and return it to Ms. Mandy Salomo at Mandy.Salomo@mrc.ac.za (or fax to +27 021938 0238) by the 15 September 2013.
