PEPFAR Fellow for Medunsa Pharmacovigilance Centre

Job Description: The purpose of the the Medunsa Pharmacovigilance Centre is to monitor and report on adverse drug effects due to antiretroviral and related medicines. It does this by collecting, collating, entering, analyzing and reporting nationally, provincially and locally on relevant data from a number of sites.

The Fellow will be expected to assist in these processes and contribute to the Centre's outputs by:

  • Supporting the implementation of the surveillance programme
  • Assisting with the processes, validation and analysis of the project
  • Assisting with the compilation of reports

Degree requirement: Qualified in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Epidemiology, Biostatistics and/or Epidemiology. Must have completed or have 80% of Masters course work finalized.

Location of position: Medunsa Campus, Pretoria

This is a 12 month contract and you will be expected to work full- time.
